I am a maker of things. Simple things in many forms. Doodles, sculptures, crafts and much more. Just about anything that can be made with your hands. I believe that anything can be turned into art. A bit of wood, some cardboard, a few metal scraps, a bit of paper and some string. It all appeals to me and if I can use these primitive materials to make a compelling character or tell a bit of a story then I can rest my head at the end of the day with a smile on my face.

Art can uplift, it can restore hope and it can cross divides. Art holds us together as a species and if something I make can put a smile on a face out there in the dark then my job is done. Artists are always asked where our ideas come from and all I can say to that is I have no idea. From somewhere beyond me. From the depths of some other space and time. Some magical world where we can never tread but occasionally we catch a glimpse from a distance. I don’t question it anymore I just let the ideas flow and I do my part in the process. I just make. .
